Manufacturing Unit:
Our manufacturing unit is well equipped with latest high productivity machines and highly skilled persons. These latest machines carry out various operations with high repeat accuracy, consistent quality and assured performance and our designed team developed with constant and continuous improvement in work process. We aim at introducing to new advance and latest technologies in designing and further ensuring both quality and economy.
Design:
The control panels are designed in a modular system in accordance with standards. The enclosures system has complete modularity in all the three axis with base module of 100mm. This provides the most flexible solution possible, width, height and depth as well as sizing and placement of any sub-sections are infinitely variable as customers require.
Manufacturing process of the Product:
The stage wise process of the unit stands as follows:
Manufacturing Section:

1. Raw Material:
The chief required material are MS sheets (Only CRCA Sheets) of adequate thickness range from 2mm for panels of TATA Steel, Bhuwalka or SAIL Make and 3mm for bare frame are used. Which provide maximum strength to the panel and high rigidity.
2. Sheet Metal Process:
The high quality procuring MS sheets are taken, marking is made on them, Cutting through sheathing machine, Bending accuracy is assured by our comprehensive range of Hydraulic Press machine with their special digital control unit. Most general engineering welding formats are handled with our sheet metal fabrication shop. The Fabrication department also includes a full dressing service for a high quality finish. Our team of technicians has welding experience in steel and various other types of metals. Then drilling, Punching and forming is given to the panels.
3. Metal Treatment:
The high precision painting shop, utilizing the latest equipments and technology for pretreatment of panel structures. Like De-Rusting, De-greasing by using chemical passivation with phosphoric acid based chemicals, and seven color tank processes before power coating.
4. Powder Coating:
After Pretreatment, the panel is ready for an electrostatic powder coating finish. Once the powder has been applied, the product is heated to the temperature for the required time period. And after that to assembly section.
5. Assembly Unit:
All Electrical Components Cos, MCCB’s, Switches, ACB’s Isolators and MCB’s are assembled as per the design and customers requirement.
6. Bus Bar:-
High Quality Aluminum and Copper (Electrolytic grade) Bus Bars, epoxy type Bus Supporters, PVC Heat Shrinkable Sleeve (RYBB for Phase identification) are used.
7. Gaskets:
Neoprene, Rubber Gaskets are used for dust and vermin proofing.
8. Wiring:
ISI Marked PVC Insulated Multi strand Copper conductor best Quality wire is used for power control wiring. with ferrules, cable ties, wire ways are and other required hardware accessories are used. Its done by highly professional personals.
9. Earthing:
Common Copper, aluminum bus runs on the entire length of the panel with external connection facility.
10. Inspection and Testing:
The panels are Finally Inspected and tested at my works before dispatching, and panels are tested through different range of Tests i.e., High Voltage Break down test, Meggar Test, Digital Multi meter test, Earth Resistance Test, and Insulation test Etc., After performing the tests the panels are packed and ready to dispatch.
